CO 2: analyze the fundamental behavior of dielectrics in static and alternating field. CO 3: dissect the different breakdown mechanism in gaseous dielectrics CO 4: perceive the various breakdown mechanisms in solid and liquid dielectrics CO 5: select the suitable insulation for HV power equipment and estimate its lifetime
